Dogs Off Chains is a non-profit organization in Chatham County North Carolina, dedicated to improving the living conditions of outdoor dogs in our community and helping to strengthen the bond between people and their pets.

Our volunteers provide guidance on the proper care of their dogs; offer free or reduced cost spaying or neutering, doghouses, and fences for chained dogs.
 

We are funded by donations from compassionate people who want to change a dog's life and let them live a happy and chain-free life.
